At this puzzle, next move is by Black. The objective of the puzzle is to capture the queen in 2 moves. To capture the queen you need to use two different tactics. First you have to pull the king to a weaker square and then you attack the king and queen at the same time.

To pull the king to a tactically weaker square, you have to sacrifice one of your bishops. You can capture the pawn at f2 and give a check to opponent. The king has no other options other than capturing the attacking bishop, since the squares h1 and f1 are targeted by the knight at g3. After the bishop is captured, move your knight to d3 thereby capturing the bishop and give the consecutinve check to king. This move by knight also attacks the queen at the same time. After the king gets out of this second check, capture the opponents queen at b4. The technique of pulling the king to a weaker square by sacrificing the bishop is called magnet sacrifice. Attacking the king and the queen at the same time by your knight is called knight Fork.
